CONTRAST SENSORS FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESS CONTROL
Our contrast sensors are not aimed directly at detecting colors, but rather at detecting color differences, i.e. contrasts. They are each configured specifically for an application and often enable the use of even small color differences that cannot be distinguished using standard color sensors.
Our contrast sensors FSP25D and FSP60D are also differential sensors: They not only amplify color contrasts, but also focus on rapid signal changes. i.e. A switching process is only triggered when the color changes abruptly!
SPECIALISTS FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS
This sensor was specifically developed for the task of detecting an adhesive tape used to splice paper webs at high speeds and changing working distances.
This sensor aims to detect rapid signal changes or color changes over short distances.
Our tri²dent multi-wavelength sensor platform can also be used in the visible and ultraviolet wavelength range to detect visible or invisible color contrasts.
